This electro-pneumatic machine can expand and reduce straight or pre-bent tubes on the same head by using one segmented toolset made of fingers, jaws and tapered mandrel. The machine Mod. DIE 80/1 E is designed and built to expand and/or reduce tubes extremities by using dedicated segmented IO toolset. Diameter range between max 25 mm and min. 80 mm; endsizing length from 10 mm to 80 mm, depending on starting diameter; max wall thickness 2,5 mm.This machine is suitable for beading and special applications on tubes.
