TUBE ENDS SIZING MACHINE TYPE “I/O” WITH INCREASE AND ROTATION

This machine with hydraulic functioning is capable of precision sizing of tubes by

simultaneous or single expanding and reducing, as well as grooves and beads.

The machine works with rotary segmented tooling and proportional increase on the

expanding. It is designed for sizing on tubes between 50 mm and 230 mm of diameter,

for a length that varies from 10 mm up to 130 mm max depending on tube.

Max stainless tube thickness of 2,5 mm.

C.N. FINAL ENDSIZING MACHINE FOR COMPLETE CANNING

This hydraulic machine is capable of reducing the outer diameter of the complete

canning, thus squeezing the mat between the substrate and the tube, until the

required GAP value is reached. Max canning diameter 430 mm.

CUTTING MACHINE WITH ROTATING WHEEL ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC C.N.

With electro-pneumatic functioning, this machine is designed for chipless

cutting of straight or bent tubes, by means of a satellite rotating wheel from

the inside to the outside of the tube, thus leaving a minimum burr on the

outside and definitely no burr on the inside. The machine is extremely silent

and it does not need any oil or emulsive during the cut.
